My only gripe is that it was a very hot day and it seemed like the room didn’t get cool enough to our satisfaction (I understand that others may find it satisfactory) for quite awhile. "I can't remember the last time we had an incredible hotel experience like the one we had. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cleveland. It was extremely clean, staff was cheerful and courteous, amenities were numerous, and free breakfasts, dinners and drinks was icing on the cake. "

"The hotel is in a great location and the art deco style of the bar and lobby are very cool, the rooms look their age but the beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice."
