The location is perfect for this time of year, short walk to the footbridge but a good mile from downtown. The whirlpool is a plus after a day of walking or driving. Full kitchenette so you can bring your own food. Especially breakfast. Would recommend and stay there again. Nice restaurants next door to choose from.

Every year we go there, its convenient to town and clean. The only thing is i wish the shuttle took you down to Perkins cove.

The rooms are very nice, you can walk to to town and the beach (1 Mile) . My only complaint was the people upstairs. They were very noisy and walked with heavy feet. Make sure you get an upstairs room
