We really loved the individual cabins. The only thing that brought the rating down was the area around the pond kind of needed picked up, but that could be a challenge with wind blowing trash in from the surrounding areas. Cabins were nice, breakfast nice, staff friendly. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Such a fun place to stay and way better than a hotel room itself. Loved the trail around the pond so you could go on a quieter walk, as well.

Nice cabins

My wife and I like these cabins. They are as nice as a hotel room, but without sharing walls/ceiling/floor with other rooms. There is also a lovely lake here, and a nice area to walk.

Another great stay

I stay here 1-2 times per year and will always come back. The cabins are a perfect little nook, allowing a person some privacy and a bit of a view. Breakfast at the hotel is always top notch as well.

The cabins were very cute and clean. It was a nice change from a hotel room. It was nice to be able to go into the hotel for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mexican restaurant next door was convenient and tasty.

Perfect for travelers with kids and/or dogs

The cabins are perfect if you travel with dogs and/or kids. I would definitely stay again. In fact, I tried to on our return trip but they were all booked up! The breakfast was also great and the community center to which you get access was much better than any hotel pool. The nearby lake is great too!

Nice little cabin walking distance from margaritas a great mexican restaurant Friendly staff, breakfast at American was great. Check-in was easy. Pond area was a nice touch but would be nice if someone would clean up a bit- there was broken glass and a knife randomly by the play area

Neat alternative to a hotel room, although it seemed pretty pricey the night we stayed. I know the rates fluctuate. The room was nicely decorated in a rustic theme and the porch with the pond view was cool. Breakfast was great!

We loke staying in the cabins, always clean and the staff is great. Check in is always quick and easy. The breakfast was disappointing. They have a good spread but the juice was warm and the eggs are weird.
