Hotel Dekat Mt Lebanon Tennis Center

"Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us. "This hotel fills up quickly as they are a venue for bridal showers, weddings etc. They have amazing, spacious suites for larger groups with adjoining rooms if needed. The employees are very warm and friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere."

"No problems with anything except the heating/cooling is not even and it comes on and off frequently. Thermostat doesn't function properly. "

"Had a power outage for six hours at night so room got cold. Staff offered no compensation at all, not even a complimentary snack or discounted food or anything. Also had to evacuate because of a fire alarm the next day. Staff when we checked out were very dismissive when we brought to their attention when they asked how our stay was. Room and facilities were okay, they just can’t handle out of the ordinary things very well."

"Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing."
