"A true gem in the Austrian alps. We had the most wonderful stay with our little dog. Staff and service was personable and attentive, room spacious, clean and luxurious. The food was delicious including a marvellous breakfast spread with anything you could wish for."

"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "You can’t beat the location, we were on foot and the public transport options were still great to get in and around the valley. Staff were all lovely and very helpful (the owner very kindly offered to take us to the local station on our last day)."
