Unser Aufenthalt war Erholsam. Der Service ist Vorbildlich. Wir haben uns über das Gebotene Gefreut. Die Möbel im Zimmer 310 dürften mal etwas Aufgefrischt werden. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre Wünschenswert. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Skiurlaub: Essen/Service top, Zimmer leider nicht

Hervorragende Lage mit Skibushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus, sehr freundliches Personal und guter Service, super Essen. Da das Zimmer ab Abreisetag nicht wieder benötigt wurde, konnte wir sogar nach dem Skifahren noch Duschen und Umziehen und erst dann auschecken - Super. Leider entsprechen die Zimmer nicht ganz dem restlichen Standard des Hotels, dort ist ein gewisser Renovierungsbedarf nicht übersehbar (Möbel, Türen, Bodenbeläge, Schalldämmung zum Gang). Der letzte Punkt betrifft vor allem die Zimmer im 2. Stock zwischen Treppenhaus und Spa/Skiraum. Ein Nachmittagsschlaf nach dem Skifahren ist aufgrund der Geräusche vom Gang so gut wie unmöglich (rennende Kinder vom/zum Hallenbad, laute Gespräche etc). In der Dusche gibt es nur einen Duschvorhang (hygienisch doch etwas grenzwertig). Mit ein Grund dafür: die Toilette ist so zwischen Dusche und Wand hineingequetscht, dass sie für nicht ganz schlanke Personen mit einer festen Duschtrennwand überhaupt nicht benutzbar wäre. Die Möglichkeiten, im Zimmer außerhalb der Schränke seine nasse Skibekleidung aufzuhängen, sind sehr begrenzt. Super hingegen wieder die im Zimmer bereitgestellte Badetasche mit Handtuch, Saunatuch und Bademantel. Leider gilt - wie in Österreich üblich - in der Hotelbar kein Rauchverbot, so dass die Luft dort manchmal für Nichtraucher unangenehm wird. Gratis WLAN in guter Qualität verfügbar, außer im "hinteren" Raum des Restaurants. Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen, dort wieder einen Skiurlaub zu verbringen.
