"Be aware that this hotel is a seniors living apartment block that rents out spare rooms. You’re very likely to share a corridor with permanent residents, some of whom appear to smoke in their rooms which permeates into the corridors and rooms. Your next door neighbour may have their TV on full volume until late too. Staff were friendly. No reception desk after 6PM."

"The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!"
