"Online, it looked pretty good. CLose to the convention center and equipped as a studio so I could keep food there and save money on restaurants. When I got there at 3:30 PM I found an apartment building with a locked door requiring a code to open. I did not have the code. Never received it. I found the phone number online and called it, got a message that gave me a different number to call. I called that number and got an automatic reply instructing me to leave a voice message. I left my message...

"Beautiful apartment. Quiet and close to everything. Great amenities and helpful concierge. Make sure to reach out to the property owner for access code and room number ahead of time to avoid delays. Parking has to be scheduled ahead of time. "

"The property was in a great location. It was surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Also there are two metro stations very close. The property was very clean and it was very comfortable. If I had any questions, the answer was very fast.so the communication was excellent. I totally book again in the same apartment. "

When we pulled up to the property, my Uber driver expressed reservations about leaving me there and ultimately said he just couldn’t do it. He said the area was incredibly unsafe and then drove me the half hour back to city center free of charge. When I reached out to the owner and express that has a woman traveling on my own, I was too scared to stay there, Asking if I could at least get a discount. He was very curt and unhelpful....
