"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico. Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar. All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. "

"Everything was great. We enjoyed daily housekeeping and great service. The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. The only issue was the bathrooms shower walls and floores were stained and specially in the edges of the walls there were resedues that looked like mold.
