"Gym was closed and we were not advised. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. It was a quick trip for us. We were also very close to the base which was our purpose for the trip."

"Our room was clean and quiet. Our bed and pillows were a little too firm. Breakfast was adequate but I’ve had better at other hotels. We chose best western plus because bed linens and breakfast should have been upgraded. Each day did have eggs but bacon and sausage were poor quality. There were only apples for fruit, but did serve orange juice, yogurt was lower quality, oatmeal was only pre-sweetened, only white bread or bagels, no milk cartons. There was a coffee machine with various selections. The location was convenient and walkable to the beach, restaurants and farmer’s market and Coaster train. "

"Staff was so welcoming and helpful. View of pier from our room was beautiful. Coffee and water in lobby and popcorn was great touch to the stay."
