"We loved the room it was very clean and we loved the view from our balcony! Parkng was Great! Pool was nice and property was well kept Only had one complaint the 140 bux for resort fees felt it was quite high and it really is not a resort! We stayed for five nights noone cleans your room or brings clean towels!! Really didnt get much for the resort fees! Other then that I would highly recomend this Hotel!"

"Marriott is always dependable for quality. The staff was very friendly inlcuding the porters/cleaning staff. The room was great, however the bathrooms definitly are in need of upgrade. My family really enjoyed the pool. Caveat: The rooms facing Overseas highway are noisy. The cars/motorcycles zooming down the highway start at 8:00 am. The buses and RV's that park on property pull up early. would definitley stay again on the pool side of the hotel. "

"Stayed here for one night and wish I stayed longer. Great hotel, close to everything, had paddle boards and kayaks, which we used twice in a single day stay. Staff were kind and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were great, and the view, just Wow! Would come back again and recommend to all my friends and family. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Every inch of the place is perfectly decorated and thought out. Loved it! "

"This place was perfect for a four night getaway in the Upper Keys. It was so cozy, private and it felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. The villa was stayed in was extremely clean and well furnished. I also love how they had free kayaks on the property. Next time my husband and I visit the upper keys, we’ll be sure and visit Dolphin Point Villas. PS forget the overpriced resorts like Bakers Cay, this place has nicer rooms, more affordable and the privacy enhances the romantic...
