Even the guests passing by during tea service were so kind and pleasant. The food will take you to another universe — it is that good! I’ve dined at Michelin-starred restaurants, and their meals don’t even compare to what’s served here. The rooms look exactly like the pictures — even better in person — and everything was spotless. "The entire second floor smelled like cigarettes and they kept my security deposit. When I called to ask who checked my room the gave me the run around. I don’t smoke so it made no sense that they said my room smelled. This place is sketchy and they will falsely accuse you in order to steal your money. "
