The hotel was right off the beach. It was in a very clean location. The hotel staff was very accommodating and per friendly. The overall stay was excellent. I will come again.

The people who work there are very nice. I must warn everyone that if they take a shower, there is no water pressure. I was looking forward to a nice shower. I couldn’t get all the shampoo out of my hair because the pressure was that bad ! It was miserable 😩

Checked in and the front desk gave me a room on the 4th floor. The area was dirty and covered wth paper for the contractors. When I went in the room there were clothes and shoes scattered about. I called the front desk and they asked me to come back down which I wouldn't do because I did not want to haul my luggage back down. I insisted they put me on a different floor and have someone bring me a another key to a differnt room. Also, the breakfast was awful. I saw people taking a couple bites and throwing it out - as did I.

Was unaware of remodeling going on in when booked. Amenities in room were a little subpar. No shampoo, body cream, shower cap. No information pamphlets. No schedule for tv.

The front desk staff was so helpful, very friendly and kind. We had a bit of a hiccup with our keys not being keyed for the correct number of days but they fixed it relatively quickly. The only negative of the stay was the breakfast. It's comp breakfast so I typically don't expect much but on both days, when almost no one else was at breakfast, the eggs and protein containers were almost completely out, the area was a bit of a mess, there was no cream cheese on the second day. It just wasn't kept well.

The heating issue needs to be fixed there is no way that if the heat is set at 75 degrees the actual room temperature shouldn’t be 55-60 degrees which is cold weather to wake up to me and my daughter left sick

The rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly/ energetic and enthusiastic. Location is great. The restaurant attached is beautiful and the food is affordable and incredible. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Have stayed there a few times and have never been disappointed

The queen beds were very clean and comfortable. The place was quiet. Our TV didn't work but that wasn't a deal breaker. When we asked for extra coffee, they cheerfully brought it right away. They did charge me twice but I am in the process of fixing that.

For what we paid we felt like it was decent. The only things that happened where a high pitch alarm started out of no where at 3:30 am. The staff were really hard to get a hold of and it took 2 phone calls and us going down to the front desk. Just to add a cherry on top the room key then deactivated and we had to get a new one.

All employees were very nice and helpful bar attached is good too. Easy to park there and walk to some places. Facilities overall are just kind of beat from over the years for the price but thats kind of most of the places in ocmd. Overall not bad if I had to stay again.

We had no heat for the 3 days, maintenance tried to fix it, but since we traveled over Thanksgiving heat was needed. They offered to move us to another room but other rooms were having the same problem. Hotel allowed our dog which was very nice. Our room was clean, floors and furniture a little dingy but it was a pet room and very affordable and pet fee very reasonable. It was an efficiency unit an only had one bowl, two cups.

Seagull century weekend
Had a great stay. The only issue is that rooms floor looked clean, but felt like there was a dust covering the floor. Staff was very helpful, with suggestions for food, even though it was end of the season and a lot of restaurants were closed for the season.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. Service personnel were friendly. Breakfast wasn't very well-stocked when we went down about 9 AM. The room wasn't cleaned at all while we were there (we stayed 4 nights), but we did get fresh towels and the trash was emptied daily.

Stayed here for 2 nights. On the first night, we discovered the bathroom sink to be clogged. We alerted the desk clerk and they were very quick to fix. It was quiet even though there were many guests staying here for the Oceans Calling music Event. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was a nice touch, too. I’d definitely stay here again. Great job!

We reserved a handicap accessible room. When we got into the room at 11PM, many lights were out, the floor was sticky, and the fan for thw HVAC sounded like a propeller plane on take off. After notifying the night manager who hung up on us, (on our cell ohone because the room phone didnt work, or the room safe, or the sliding door to the balcony, or the iron or the ironing board) we just decided to stay at least the night because it was late. The next day we were told we could switch rooms, but we were on our way to a reunion so we asked to switch later. When we got back the HVAC in the new room didnt work at all. Another room switch led us to a smaller room that my wifes powered wheel chair could not get into. So we left and went acroos the street to the Hilton. Don;t ever stay there!

Great value and nice spot.
I have stayed at the Laquinta a bunch of times. Very good location for the beach and restaurants. Always clean and comfortable for me. I have a service dog and haven't had any issues with the hotel accepting that. I will be back.

PROs- location , room with kitchen , view , close to beach CONs- breakfast , elevators !!!! Our family booked this hotel .. we wanted a room with kitchen and this one was perfect … wish they had more utensils in the kitchen . Room was spacious and was very comfortable .. nice views and very airy …. Superb location .. lots and lots of restaurants nearby … not walkable to boardwalk but it’s like 4-5 mins drive .. very close to the beach though. It’s about a min walk. Breakfast was very normal. We walked right next door to McDonald’s and Burger King for breakfast … elevators were soooooo slow ! It takes 10-15 mins every-time we wait for elevators . Hope they can fix it . Otherwise quite a nice stay and we enjoyed it ..

Decent place
Decent place, was wary of recent reviews but didn't experience any "smells". There were many dogs, but our room didn't seem to have previous canines. Was not expecting much from the breakfast, and it was average at best. The floor hadn't been mopped in a while, but it was not filthy. The trek to the beach was a long block. Staff couldn't explain the billing with a deposit of one night subtracted from total. Overall a 6
