"When we checked in, we were informed that the room we reserved was also pet-friendly, and they disinfected everything. I asked if they had another room. He said no. Then I said: “I guess it’s fine”. As soon as we opened the room door, there was a really strong smell, like a mixture of wet dog and dog urine. I knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep with that strong odor. I closed the door right away and went back to the front desk. I explained the situation and now they said there was another room available. The second room actually smelled clean, but there were a few issues mainly in the bathroom. There was human body hair on the sink’s trash can lid (where you grab to open the trash can), the soap dispenser was so dirty where people press to get the soap that it wasn’t even white anymore, it’s brown now, the bottom of the tub was very dirty that it turned gray, the shower curtain was torn and the ceiling of the bathroom had a few mold spots."
"Property has had some renovations I dont think they are done yet. The elevators one didnt work properly and they had lots of odors. I couldnt press certain numbers. Breakfast was ok but offered cereal and had no milk available. Ran out and it was early. Personally my hotel I am running out to store to get it. However, I was impressed how nice the staff was. Definitely a plus. They need to finish more upgrades in the rooms. No usb charging offered by bed table no alarm clock."
"Checked in and air conditioner had a puddle of water under it. Let staff know and was told that it was condensation from it not being turned on and I was given towels to clean it up. AC never cooled room down and woke up at 4 AM covered in sweat. Asked front desk to change rooms and was told no King Size bed room was available at that time and To try back around 9. Changed to another room around 12 PM to later discover there were roaches in the room."
