Hotel Mewah di Obidos

"The area the resort is located is beautiful. It is a five star, but the building needs paint & the rooms need a bit of attention. ie rust in tub, drain not flowing properly. The staff are friendly & very attentive!"

"Staying right in the walled city of Obidos at the historic castle was a treat. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. It was really lovely to be within the walls to enjoy strolling around in the evening and early mornings before all of the day visitors arrived. Breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was the air conditioning in our room was not working. The unit would run on fan only. When running on cool it would run for about 3 minutes and immediately shut...

"Our stay here was perfect. I wish we could have stayed here longer. The accommodations were amazing with great views, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet. They offer parking in a garage which was perfect. Access to the walled city was easy since the hotel is just outside the gates of the wall. If you are traveling to Obidos, I recommend staying here. Try to book as much in advance as possible as there are limited number of rooms."

"Großzügige Zimmer mit Panoramafenstern (Beachfront Superior Apartment), hübsche Anlage, seitlicher Meerblick, leider Durchgangsstraße, leider schlecht gewartet, defekte Heizung, auch nach Umzug im neuen Zimmer defekt, Streaming manchmal nicht möglich, einige abgenutzte Möbel, kaum Deko, wirkt etwas leblos, im April in der Anlage nicht los, 20 Min Autofahrt von Supermarkt oder Restaurants entfernt, begrenzte Parkplätze verfügbar"

"Personalet var helt fint og der er nærmere synd for dem at de skal sælge så dårligt et produkt. Vi boede i et Town House - fantastisk arkitektur, men man havde bare glemt at vedligeholde det. Alt var nedslidt, der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset, sofaen var knækket sammen på midten, aircon i soveværelse var gammel og gul og lugtede og larmede når den blev brug. Super synd. Men desværre ikke anbefalelsesværdigt. "

"No coffee pods or soap/shampoo provided for shower. Having those would have made a huge difference in our stay. The pool was nice and they had towels. We were able to walk into town which was nice. The view of castle was terrific. Very quiet and peaceful."

"Very nice hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere so really only a place to go if you intend to golf. 4 great courses withing 10 minutes "
