"The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. "Beautiful place along Lake Erie. Love that it's in the water. Fun bar next door. Lots of places to walk or benches/swings to sit and enjoy the views. The sunset in the swimming cove was lovely. Nickel Beach down the road was nice ($7 parking) and cleaner than the beach by the hotel. Plenty of places to eat in Sandusky which is 11 minutes away. Typical breakfast, clean room and extremely comfy beds. Worth the stop!"
