"It's a beautiful property with wonderful staffs, very professional, friendly and hardworking people. The rooms are beautiful and clean, shower needs a little bit of scrubbing when it comes to tile grout, but otherwise it's clean. The only downside is the deodorizer it the hallway, it's kind of strong, I have a really bad allergy when it comes to strong scent, and also they used some kind of insecticide in the stairwell and at the gym at one time when I was there, I wish they can use a more natural alternative when it comes to that, so the scent is not too strong, plus it's not good for someone's health. Overall my stay was wonderful. I will for sure go back again. Thank you. "

"Great location, near to everything you need - mall, restaurants, hospital, market etc. Value for its price. Friendly staff and overall good service. What I didn’t like is the electricity that went on and off for about 3-4 times a day. Also needs to improve on the cleanliness of room coz we had housekeeping on our 2nd day coz of ants but still there when we came back. "

"This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge added if your order is before 10pm. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. "

"They have their own vegetable garden and you get to eat what is currently in season. A stones throw away from the start point for whale shark watching and also Whale shark adventures and tours, where you can do a number of various tours around the region. Would highly recommend."
