"What a gem! Tracey, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Despite it's proximity to streets and businesses, it was quiet and peaceful. Parking is on-site and private. We would definitely return; one of the top B&B we've been to. "

"There were many filthy dirty mattresses outside right by the parking lot, the water in the pool was green and dirty, the toilet in the room didn’t flush, unless you lifted the lid and adjusted the flapper valve, they did not clean our room once despite asking them to and we stayed there three nights, they had no continental breakfast as advertised. "The property was a good value for the money. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Our room needed a little maintenance. The barn door handle on the bathrooms side was unscrewed, and our window shade couldn’t be adjusted. The room was spacious and clean. "

"The room was horrendous the tub was stained no remote had to ask for one the dresser was broke up and there was cigarette burns in both sets of blankets and the key wouldn't open the door i had too go to the front desk every time I had to get in the room"

"This a budget motel that could use some updating and repairs. Breakfast's ok but doesn't change from day to day. The rooms are clean, the stuff in the rooms work and the staff is easy to work with. Which is why I stay here every time I've been to Sumter."

Rooms need lots of updating faucets bad in sink and tub, door so loose on entry you could see light around them.lamp didn't work had to find cords and got some of THEM going. They have no place there thats in there picture, flat lie!! Have to ask for breakfast coupon for restaurant next door.They dont tell you that when checking in!!! OR GIVE IT TO YOU WHEN CHECKING IN..NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN,!!!!"

"I would not recommend staying here. I had a room booked and when I arrived to check in, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked if I could change rooms, but the staff gave me keys to other guests’ rooms twice by mistake. After that, I was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was also unable to receive any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience"

"They are going through renovations right now so there’s a lot going on so I’m not complaining as far as that is concerned. The more obvious things were the things that I’m guessing they have not been replaced for updated yet because they’re in transition, but there was no pool and their breakfast was not great at all. I would probably recommend putting cold stuff in a small refrigerator like the yogurt and milk instead of just leaving it out for hours and maybe even having some hot food not just...
