Some of the things in the room was not working. The telephone and the light by the bathroom was not turning on. Trash in the floor walk ways sitting down for days without geting picked up

The area is extremely dangerous. The staff scts like the hot cheetoh girls in high school and dont even seem like they're at work. I asked a security guard where to park and he was too high to even help. Now i have nothing against 420...blaze it! But at work? He told us there was actually no parking but there definitely was....for an additional 10 dollar charge. On the positive side it was close to gas stations, food, & the coliseum. So if you're brave enough to be in this kind of environment for just one night then the 59 dollar price is fine lol

Convenient from the airport and back to pick up rental car in the morning. Minimal amenities in the room…no bars of soap, no tissues, no air conditioning, one set of towels for two and it was too late to ask for more, according to their signs.

I did not have midnight shuttle service unlike mentioned. Also, no breakfast. Most importantly, the facility has no A/C and that is very inconvenient. Lastly, at 3:30 in the night, the alarm went off. Very bad experience staying here.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. On the website they say they have free shuttle service to and from the airport but that’s a lie. The air conditioner and heating don’t work (there is even a sign confirming this at the reception). The rooms reek of cigarette smoke. There are cigarette burns in the carpets. Someone playing the drums very loudly all night. I went to the airport 7 hours early just so I could check out sooner and leave that dirty hotel. Don’t stay here if you care about your peace of mind.

I liked that the parking felt safe. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working and the fire alarm came on at 3:00 am. The firetruck showed up few minutes later . I wasn't sure if we needed to evaluate. It was scary.

Many of the amenities in the room didn’t work properly, the area seemed unsafe and there is a weird odor in the hallways. The heater in the room wasn’t working, the hairdryer didn’t work, our tv remote was missing, the window was broken on the outside glass. The vending machines on out floor were broken. Our key card stopped working on the second night so we had to ask for a new one. Over all it wasn’t pleasant and I’m glad I went with my friends and I wasn’t alone there.

No hot water, no air conditioning. It stinks, room keys don't work well. Everything is stained I had to cover the chair and table with bed sheets it was gross. Toilet seat is nasty. They give you one roll of TP. The bistro is trashed and not in use the pool is nasty. The staff are rude. The lobby is dirty and constantly full of flies. Theres not one working vending machine. The gas station across the street closes at ten. The area is dangerous. Some of the hotel is used to house the less fortunate, unfortunately it shows.

The heaters and AC units in entire hotel were not working. Three lamps in room - one no switch, one flickered and one worked. The hotel Is clearly being used to house semi homeless people by the city of Oakland. There was puke in one of the two elevators. Expedia site said shuttle ran until 1:30am. I landed at 10:30om to find out shuttle stopped at 10pm.

The property has gone down from over the years. It's a rip off, it attracts the worst of the worst kind of guests (Pimps, Prostitutes etc.). The rooms smell horrible like smoke of ciggs and marijuana, there filthy from stains on walls to disgusting furniture, to nasty carpet and hair on sheets and towels. The AC or Heater didn't work on my last stay, so my children was freezing the entire night. Don't stay here TBH the best rooms plus more affordable are in Frisco I rather take that drive!!

The view from room, parking is good, they give you a ticket and buzz you in gate. But heating and air dont work in most rooms

You do get what you pay for. Given how expensive things are in the Bay Area, don’t expect anything above the bare minimum at the price one pays here. The amenities listed are not available. The bistro has been closed “a long time.” There is no coffee maker or water glasses in my room, so I had to wait to get that at the airport. The shuttle is available. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a huge TV with a lot of stations. The vending machines are vandalized. The entire area isn’t the safest, but I didn’t feel threatened.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, even in my room. Although my room was clean the hallways were not. It took a good 15 minutes for staff to answer the phone when I needed a shuttle to be picked up.

We booked this airport because of the shuttle and exclusively because of the shuttle. Called ahead of time to confirm our time was okay, then purchased. Even got an email that detailed how to request the service and its hours. When we called within the hours that it was supposed to be running they told us they weren’t coming. We have a second night booked here that we will be most likely canceling.

Don’t stay here: NO COFFEE anywhere, smelly & dirty, no heat (or A-C, posters in lobby on this), no towel bars. All the photos are years ago, it’s become VERY run down. Only plus: free airport shuttle. It would be worth the $10 to Lyft/Uber instead.

Really unpleasant. Cockroaches in the room, used razor left behind in the bathroom. Noisy neighbors blasting music until 3am on a Sunday evening. Staff was sweet and helpful but the cleanliness of the place is deplorable.
