"The gentleman who checked me in was very gracious and helpful when I arrived. I had booked only a half hour earlier online and didn’t realize the date was wrong. I found myself unexpectedly needing overnight accommodations and arrived a bit discombobulated. He was very nice, figured it all out and had me checked in fairly quickly. "As usual we overpacked for our one night stay and our room was on the second floor. Unfortunately there was no elevator to the second floor and dragging our luggage would have been a problem. Problem solved! The desk manager was very accommodating and managed to get us a room on floor one. "

"I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. The room was nice overall, but the cabinet housing the HVAC unit needs attention. It vibrates quite a bit and can make it difficult to sleep; adjusting the bottom door should help reduce the noise.
