The staff was incredibly nice to us throughout our visit, and we truly appreciated the great hospitality. "This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is currently under construction, and it made the stay extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. The main entrance was barely usable, and parking was a nightmare. There are very limited spots, yet they still charge $15 for parking — even though the back lot is under construction and partially unusable (there’s even a massive hole that looks like a sinkhole). Amenities were also unavailable. The beach access from the hotel was completely closed off with no clear explanation, and the jacuzzi was not only closed but visibly disgusting and green. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room itself did not feel clean. On top of that, the AC barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the elevators felt unsafe and unreliable. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the construction, lack of amenities, poor cleanliness, and additional fees, this hotel is not worth it at all. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else."
