"When we arrived, there was no one to check us in. Our receipt was wrapped around the room key and placed in a wooden box attached to the wall. When we opened the door, someone had left there overnight bags. I called the service number in the lobby and was sent to voice mail, the voice mail was full. NO AVAILABILITY.. "Very well kept property. Everything looks freshly painted , rooms and hallways. Nice area for breakfast. Parking is $12 for your car, but may that is what all the properties in steamboat do in a tourist area? Front desk was very helpful and polite at check in and check out. Not too far from downtown Steamboat, but there is also free bus service around the area so you can avoid parking in town."
