"Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was mediocre: powdered eggs, sausage not the healthiest, muffins store bought not fresh. Overall not the best. Location next to freeway; could hear traffic noise but that’s what happens when you are at an airport hotel. TV was the worse with no cable unless you cast your own device; instructions were a little confusing."

"Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 4 p.m., the hotel's published check-in time, after a long flight with five children. We had reserved two rooms nearly a month in advance, yet they were not ready upon arrival. We ended up waiting until almost 9 p.m. before our rooms were finally available. The front desk took our luggage and stored it for us while we waited, and once our rooms were assigned, they delivered our luggage directly to the rooms, which we appreciated....

"Loved our stay from the moment we arrived till the last day. Friendly staff, very accommodating and professional. We received 2 complimentary water bottles with the hotel logo, nice souvenir! Our room was clean, bathroom came with a toilet bidet, loved that! The bell desk provided a bag with beach towels. They also have umbrellas since it rained a couple days. There’s self parking which was included with my booking and valet service. Since our flight home was at 11:30 pm, we were able to leave...

"Nice hotel, but I did not get the room I reserved. It was supposed to be an ocean view. I was put in a room with a partial view of the ocean. We would ask housekeeping to come back later but they would never come back. The breakfast was awesome service from wait staff the first couple of days was awesome then they wouldn't come back to fill coffee."

"Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant."

"Do not expect valet parking. They only have self park in a garage they share with another hotel. We were lucky to get a space after driving around a completely full garage several times. No idea where we could have parked otherwise in Waikiki! No elevator that is easily accessed or even found. We had to lug luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Going up was worse, I had to leave my husband with the luggage, climb the steep fairly dirty stairs and then drive down, illegally double park to get him and...
