"It was wonderful to be in the historic area of Santiago, where we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to provide additional information about the area and the transportation options to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to others visiting the area."

"The staff were so kind and helpful. I fell ill with gastro and I was given such a lot of help, and willingness to do more if I needed it. The room was spotlessly clean and access is easy. I would highly recommend this lovely place. "

"Ava made our check in seamless and was so helpful sharing her knowledge of the city. The room was clean and well designed. We loved our balcony. The location is very walkable to the old city. We would definitely stay there again.

"The stay was really lovely! The host is amazing and so kind. He was really helpful the whole time, from check in to morning coffee and breakfast to getting us things like a bucket of ice. Always with a smile and kind spirit. The room was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Great stay."
