"We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite. The decor and ambience is top notch. "We checked in and we were put in a room with a very smelly bathroom. Also, the bedsheets had lipstick marks on them, which was very worrying about the facilities' hygiene. We requested a room changed and we were moved to a slightly better room but the AC in that room was not working. At that point, we couldn't be bothered to ask for another relocation. Fortunately, we had traveled with our own towels and beddings because at that point we couldn't trust any of their stuff."

"Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using.
