"The hotel is located in a very good Greenwich area. The condition of the rooms is another thing. I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. So many issues...

"O quarto é compacto, mas muito funcional e tem tudo o que é necessário. A localização é excelente, com mercadinhos próximos, ponto de ônibus na porta e o metrô a apenas algumas quadras. "Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"For whatever reason, Expedia and the Hotel didn't send automatic check in details to me - nor was it clear that check in was automated. I spent nearly 2 hours in a chat bot death loop trying to gain the Pin I needed to access the Hotel. 10 years ago this was a lovely, friendly quirky Hotel with nice staff, now it's poorly maintained, unstaffed and unfriendly. I will choose dealing with people face to face and paying a bit more over this chat bot, death of employment nonsense next time. What...
