Helen, our check-in host, was friendly and helpful, accommodating our room requests without any fuss — though we did notice it was quite uncomfortable at the front desk during the heatwave, and would suggest management consider providing a fan for that area. "The steps up to the rooms are quite steep. Room 21 was very small; it is much smaller than any room we’ve stayed in before. Managing two large suitcases required strategic piecemeal unpacking and repacking. The twin beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent."
