"I enjoyed my stay here. It was central location for everything we did for the 4 days we were here. It was very easy getting to the hotel, easy access to the interstate, The staff was friendly, but when they are out of batter for the waffles they are done! better luck tomorrow morning. They were very easy to get along with though. The pool is a little cold but not to big of a deal. The rooms were very clean and decent size."

"We chose this downtown location because it was close to the YUM Center, where our daughter's graduation was being held (walking distance). Hotel parking was very expensive; suggest the parking garage on 3rd Street behind the hotel instead, much cheaper. The room was nice and the breakfast was fine. Appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee. The check in staff was very nice. The problem with this hotel is what seems to be a lack of security; there are many homeless people in the area around the hotel, and sometimes they seemed to be able to get inside the hotel and up to the 3rd floor to eat the free breakfast. Even though a key card was needed to use the elevator, they would just walk on with other people using their cards. We won't stay here again because even though we like the hotel, we just didn't feel that safe there."
