"Wonderful million dollar view of the ocean from the room! Somewhat walkable because the sidewalks were narrow and not well maintained. Decent dining options within walking distance. Far from city center and the sandy beach areas. Quiet except for a dog from a property next to the hotel barking all night thus preventing us from sleeping with the balcony glass door open to enjoy the sea breeze. "the property was nice and clean, staffs were friendly. The only downside to this place is there isnt a real clean public beach to walk around and swim within the property, it is surrounded by jagged rocks and super dangerous and treacherous to even try to walk down (prohibited and restricted by rope to make sure people dont swim). The public beach by the end of the resort is very dirty, littered with trash and was under construction. Also there is under water rocks still that can cut your feet,...

"It is Vietnam so locals are always friendly and helpful, this property is located between the tourist areas and the market; about 2 km either side will get you there. Great breakfast and a coffee shop on location.
