"A brand new hotel in the centre close to nice coffee shops. Even though our room faced the street opposite a restaurant it was amazingly quiet. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would have been nice to have some jam with the bread. But otherwise a good selection. Staff were pleasant and friendly. They organised us a pick up from the station as we arrived late. Would definitely recommend."

"So many activities for the family. This place is huge. We were offered an upgrade to a villa just before arriving. They told me it had a private pool.... I was SOLD!

"This property is very beautiful! I enjoyed waking up early to catch the sunrise in our ocean view room. The room is very spacious and clean! The property had multiple restaurants with great food, a karaoke bar with live entertainment (which we loved), and so many pools!

"It was the worst place. The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi driver scammed us. The handle and lock on our toilet door was broken so we couldn't even close the toilet door when we were using it. The entrance to our building was held shut with a rubber rope, so we had to go around and use the back entrance. It was a total nightmare of a place and I would not recommend it at all. "
