She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information."

"When I arrived in my room after check-in, the first thing I did was check the sheets. Both beds had stained sheets. The front desk employee apologized and gave me another one. I checked those, they were both dirty. I went back to the man at the desk and he went looking for a clean room, which took another 20 mins. "Great breakfast, though it was recently "renovated" when it went to the Baymont branding there were no noticeable changes and its still very tired. Staff did not handle checkin for our large group well and as of now still has not been able to resolve the issues."
