The worsest hotel ever!!!
BED BUGS! PLUSKWY! Don't book this hotel. It looks lovely from the outside but that's all. The higiene in the hotel is very poor and it is contaminated with BED BUGS. Luckily the Hotel.com dealt with our complaint well.

Handy for Modlin Airport
This hotel is economical and just a five Pound taxi ride from Modlin Airport. It is comfortable enough and the hot breakfast is good.

My review
Very nice and clean hotel, breakfast was superb!!! Customer service very helpful, unfortunetly the bathroom wasnt that great with some silver bugs. Shower door was broken and shower head could do with change. Everything else was good and comfy mattress.

Nice hotel with a big garden. Very close to the airport, only 5 min drive, taxi cost 16-20 zl / 3,5/4 euro and this can be arranged by the hotel. Very clean and tidy. Tv in each room but only Polish channels. Room was very basic but clean. Bathroom shower not very powerful and bathroom was quite dark. There is a kettle and hairdryer in each room. Good value for money.

All about the location!
Perfect location for the airport if you have an early morning flight but don’t expect much sleep! Walls are so thin that you can hear every move in the next room. Reception staff very helpful and arranged taxi for us without a problem. Room was basic and bathroom appeared clean but we had to share it with some creatures.

Nice Hotel close to the Airport.
I only stayed one night I only booked a single room and was given Double room with double bed. The room was clean and spacious. I was happy with my room and would stay their again. Breakfast was also OK.

Good budget hotel
For the price this was a bargain , clean and well presented property close to Modlin Airport . Lots of historic monuments from the 19th and 20th century conflicts around this neighbourhood too , worthy of a meander around if time allows. Supermarket 5 minutes away . I almost wished I was staying more than one night .

Very nice cheap and quiet hotel. Only 5 mins away from the airport - cost for the taxi less then £3.

This was for a "one night" stay - arriving very late and departing very early due to my flight home. I could not use everything available as I really only managed to rest for a few hours but I would recommend this "palace" for a longer stay in the Modlin/Warsaw area. There is so much to do and see in this area.

Your response form doesn't allow submission without completing all areas of the form. Two are Not Applicable for us: service and local area. We arrived at 9.00 pm, went straight to our room and left again at 4.30 am. We did not require, and did not receive, any service. We arrived in the dark at the train station, went straight to the hotel by taxi and left again for the airport by taxi in the dark, so we could not experience the local area.

I was there just one night. Really confortable and clean. The staff really friendly and helpful. Close to the hotel there is a bus stop to get to the center in warsaw, but it does not appear in google maps. It is really quite confortable to get to warsaw using this local bus

Complaints led to no response from hotel manager
On arrival I used the toilet in the main reception and it would not flush - I informed the receptionist so no one would try and use it, not the best start. Arrive at room pull back bedspread and there are 3 small apple size splotches of blood on it . Went to shower, after a couple of minutes I realised it was not draining and stopped the shower. Shampoo in hair and generally soapy, I called my husband in. He improvised a plunger and the waste coughed up a mass off short dark hair, revolting. Informed receptionist who asked me to email the photos to her, and she would send on to the Hotel Manager. Did this and never heard a word back - no apology, no comment. I would not have posted this if there had been an apology. The receptionist appeared to be the only member of staff on site.

Bra läge nära flygplatsen, dock fanns det inga shuttle bussar som Hotels.com anger på sin sida. Hotellet samarbetar med taxi som tar ett fast pris på Pzl 35 för att köra ca en kilometer. Det var rent och varmt på rummet. Prisvärt. Den enda stora nackdelen är att det var extremt lyhörd.

Pobyt w twierdzy Modlin.
Położenie hotelu na terenie Twierdzy Modlin ma swój urok. Dobre śniadania. Mankamenty to mały pokój i brak szafy.

Хороший отель для проживания отлетающих из аэропорта Модлин. Можно пройти пешком за 20-30 минут. Такси утром до аэропорта обошелся в 6 злотых. Быстрое заселение. Уютный отель.
