stayed two nights while going to the races lovely comfortable bed and nice pillows great night sleep woke to a great breakfast great host easy to get into town great bus service but easy walk

Good welcome, nice host. Bedroom was slightly on the small side but clean and comfortable. Room was nicely furnished and well equipped. Breakfast was cooked to perfection 👍. Would stay again

100% satisfied

100% satisfied. If you are looking for luxury retreat then this is defintely not the place for you. But if you want a little place to sleep within walking distance of the city centre, clean facilities, a good breakfast and a friendly welcome then look no further. If I am back in the city I definitely intend to stay here again

Not a pleasant experience

I stayed at the "wallington" room which is the single room. For the price i paid for a night stay against what i was offered was atrocious. The room was TINY, the bathroom was TINY, the toilet was so close to the wall, the shower had no room to move around and im not even a big guy. Im 6ft tall and my head was quite close to touching the ceiling in the shower cubicle (as it was raised a bit). The towel were extremely rough, God knows how many times theyve been washed and not changed to something softer, the bed was full of spring, quite wobbly. Overall not a good experience im sorry to say.

Great stay for the cricket

Perfect for our stay to see the cricket. Room had everything we needed for a short stay. Toiletries, coffee/tea making facilities, nice thick fluffy towels. The shower room toilet was fine for us but some may find it a bit small for a longer stay. Bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The plumbing does have a macerator which is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. Good information in the room and Graham, the owner was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast, well cooked and presented with quality produce. Lounge room and outdoor area to sit in if you want. Parking is on street with a permit provided by the owner. It is one permit per room but owner put himself out to help us as we had 2 cars, which was appreciated. Good location, bus route nearby to city centre along with a convenience store. Fifteen minute walk to city and pleasant canalside walk to Trent Bridge which took 50 minutes

Great little B&B

Great little B&B with a warm friendly service. Room was clean, modern and comfy. En suite was great and very clean too. Breakfast was spot on and timely when required. Would recommend and will stay again on the future.

Clean & Welcoming small B&B

A clean and tidy small but adequate B&B in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the city centre. The host, Graham was very welcoming and informative and ran through the breakfast options which were very good. Comfortable bed, powerful shower in a small bathroom. All in all, a value stay for a short visit to Nottingham. I would book again if in the area.

Lovely welcome by an accomodating host. Breakfast and room amenities were excellent. Space in the room and bathroom was a bit tight but fine for a short stay. Toilet was a bit noisy when flushed. In a quiet residential area. Very close to the city centre and extremely clean.

I had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was lovely. The only thing I didn’t like was being asked for an exact time I’d like breakfast during the 2 hour serving slot, by 9pm the night before. I said between 7.30 and 8.30, depending when I woke up and didn’t want to have to set my alarm and be on a deadline. I’ve not come across that before.

We liked the location to the arena, host was very welcoming, breakfast was lovely. The room was well maintained and very clean and spacious as was the dining room and communal lounge. There is literally nothing bad that can be said about the property.

The hotel was fantastic value for money. The room was small, but just what I needed for a short one-night stay. Spotlessly clean, and with all the little extras you would like from a larger brand hotel chain. The host was really friendly and if, unlike me, you're not familiar with Nottingham, he provided a great guide in the hotel welcome booklet, as well as - I'm sure - being more than happy to recommend places himself. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, and I was surprised by how many variations/options were given. A great stay overall, and I'll definitely be back if I'm making another flying visit.

Great B&B perfect for a short stay . Very homely and friendly place to come and relax . I would recommend this place and i would come and stay here again . Only negative is when the toilet is flushed or water tap are used itsvery noisy . I think that thisproblem needs to be addressed by the owners . It can be disturbing at night . Apart from that itsagreat place to stay
