"From the first day I came to check out the property, the staff was excellent. Always a smile, remember your name and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. This little hotel may not have everything, but the staff makes you feel like they do. I have stayed in high end and everything in between, I'll put this staff on par with them all."

"Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again as I was in town to visit family. The room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and my husband appreciated the big TV. The shower had great hot water, which was a nice bonus after a long day. The hotel itself is very nice, especially the lobby and bar area. Parking was easy and convenient as we’re able to park right in the front entrance with no issues both nights being there, and the location is excellent. It’s right across from Torchy’s Tacos and next to Starbucks. The only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars were that the pool was smaller than I expected and there wasn’t a hot tub/jacuzzi. Also, because of the hardwood floors, I could hear the guests upstairs walking. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, and I’d recommend it and would stay again."

"They didnt have any forks during the breakfast service, and I had to use a spoon and knife to eat my Waffle. The desk clerk made me go thru every drawer, like I work there or something, she didnt even come out of the office to check, she stated the never came. I told her she needed to call her Boss, since he makes the big bucks, to go to walmart or sams, and get some forks to carry the breakfast area till the truck comes. I tried to set up a back up wake up call, incase I don't hear my phone, and when I called the FD from the In room phone, she stated she could not set it up, cause she said the phone systems were down, then I asked her, "If the phone systems were down, how are WE having this conversation ?" I asked her maybe she needs to get with the AM person to show her how to set that up..."

"Holiday Inn never disappoints!! Staying here madre me feel at home with all the amenities I have at home. The staff was courteous and attentive especially the breakfast morning crew. My delicious breakfast and presentation made it seems luxurious. It rained overnight and the custodial staff was making sure nobody slipped with extending more rugs in the lobby area.Enjoyed my stay !"
