"We really appreciated the staff helping us change when I realised I made a mistake in the bed configuration. The corner twin room was very comfortable. Of course, we also chose Dormy Inn for the onsen, but this time it was also because the weekend parade was almost at door step. "

"The staff was very welcoming, and the property was clean. The amenities are great - drinks in the lobby, popsicles and yogurt drinks at the onsen, ramen noodles and toiletries as needed. We found the onsen to nice but very busy at times, so we tried to go when we thought less people would be there. Breakfast was wonderful! Our daughter’s loved the matcha and hot chocolate. "Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."
