"It was cold in the room and the air con wasn’t working. Reported to a cleaner and was told the boss would be in to sorted it out at 6pm. 6:30pm no one turned up and the hotel has no front desk. In the end I slept in a cold room for the night. The experience was beyond appalling."

"Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Entspricht den 4 ☆ absolut. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Frühstück war gut und absolut ausreichend. Leider etwas weiter vom Meer entfernt, aber dafür genug Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe."

"The staff were great and the hotel was generally nice. The AC wasn't working for the first few days of our stay and the staff did relocate us to another room which was slightly cooler. The indoor pool was also nice but we had to pay 5 euros each to use it and had to purchase swimming caps for 5 euros too. Location is 45min-1 hour form Porto and that journey got a bit arduous every day. The local area around the hotel is a bit dead but there's a decent outlet mall about 15 mins away."
