"Arrived about 10 minutes before 15:00 and was told that they were making guests wait until 15:00 to check in! Paid deposit on card to order food to room bill but when had the meal in the restaurant there was no record of this and the waiter went to reception to sort it out. When he came back there was still no record and I had to pay with credit card. When I checked out I mentioned this and the receptionist said they had forgotten to tick a box on the system but they would refund the £50...

"We loved everything about the hotel room and staff except for one thing, there is supposed to to a coffee maker in all rooms and we just got a kettle that didn't have a plug socket near by so you had to either plug it in on the floor or on the small bedside table. Its a small issue but having a coffee maker in the room can sway our choice of hotel. "

"Everything was great, the ONLY fault i can probably mention is the Hilton sign outside a little bit bigger, but it might just be me, not paying attention where I'm walking to. "
