"A good mid-level hotel in the heart of Lillehammer. Walkable from the station up some intermediate inclines. The reception and restaurant staff were awesome. "We arrived late in the night and had some difficulties to find the place where we stayed. Keys were put in a box so we easily picked them up with all the explanations. Too bad it was all in Norwegian though but we managed to find our Hytte. That part was a surprised as we initially booked a large appartement. The hytte was tiny but practical. Kids slept in the attic which stressed them quite a lot actually as the stairs were closed to the beds with no security except closing the floor door....

Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). "Opprinnelig militær kaserne, så ikke forvent hotellstandard. Men når det er sagt, så var det rent og ryddig. Gode muligheter for å ordne egen mat. Madrassene var noe harde for vår smak. Perfekt som utgangspunkt for fjellturer på ski, til fots eller sykkel. Ellers er det lite å ta seg til i nærområdet. Prisen var langt lavere enn alt annet vi fant i Lillehammer-området. "
