"After all the confusion of not getting the email to be able to check in, which by the way the help was great. The room was well equipped with all the armenites which was help full. The one drawback the mattress needed to be on a foundation to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that, the stay was uneventful."

"The hotel was very nice and will return at some point . What I didn’t like about it was the Parking they do not having a parking garage and the only parking they offer is valet and it’s $52 a night !! I think that was a bit ridiculous when you are already paying a lot for they stay . They need more parking options !!!"

"It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!"

"The property is location is amazing walking distance to almost everything in downtown Palm Beach, who were able to walk around to the shops the beach and other hotels. Victoria and the front desk was amazing. They will provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks drinks, which was such a huge plus. They have a great café next-door in the courtyard, which was delicious! even after checking out you can still use some of the hotel facilities. The hotel is 100 years old so keep that in mind,...

"The colony hotel is a boutique hotel with a Palm Beach flair. Great pastel colors throughout the hotel. Clean rooms and a manicured property. We had a beautiful junior suite that was very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is small but what do you expect when the hotel was built in 1940s. Yes we did run into a few issues.
