We just laid a towel over it so that my husband wouldn’t step on it. He is diabetic so a foot injury is not something to play around with. Thanks for the wonderful room."

"We arrived at 8:30 PM exhausted from a long drive and had to wait 52 mins to get our room. Supposedly it was being "inspected ". We had to speak to the front desk clerk 3 times and call the main hotel phone number to finally get our room assigned. We asked for the manager, but she never had the courtesy of coming to speak to us and explain what happened. The following day we got an email from the house keeping supervisor stating that they were sorry and would make up for this uncomfortable...
