"Hotel was clean and convenient, breakfast was good and staff was VERY helpful. However, the hotel needs to enforce the no cannabis rule!!! The smell wafted into my air conditioning vent every hour or so ALL the time. The smell was terrible in the hallways and in the elevator. Have rules that you enforce or don't have them. Made my stay uncomfortable in my room."

"Very nice place. Ate once in sports book cafe, tremendous Reuben and turkey sandwich. Had problem with shower, but got quick response. Room staff not great. Hung up towels, they took them both days. So much for their saving water. Didn’t clean coffee cups; residue in bottom. Toilet seat pulled out of slot every time I raised both elements, cleaning should have known if they cleaned it properly. Knocked on door notwithstanding do not disturb sign and another day too early. Come on! Ridiculous."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel! The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming—everyone we encountered was so friendly and nice. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Old Town and several great restaurants - Ramonas and Church Street Cafe are the best! One of the highlights of our stay was being able to see the hot-air balloons flying over the area. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming place with a great location and wonderful staff."

"Well, it’s worn down in some areas, but you could see that they were working on making improvements . It’s located in between a lot of commercial businesses . The room was small for four adults and ice maker only on the first floor, but it was perfect location for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta. We were able to see the balloons right out the hotel front doors. The staff was super friendly including when they were super busy and helpful. Would totally stay there again."
