"We walked in to find a roach next to the coffee pot. No shower curtain in the master bath,water soaked the floor. Pulm out sofa and sofa were absolutely disgusting eith dried blood and or feces all over the mattress cover. The master bed sheets did not look clean. Folded linens for pull out sofa bed were also very gross and dirty. The 2nd bedroom had roaches as well. Worst place I have ever stayed in. "The suite was clean and spacious. Some renovations and no desk to checking in. Had no idea of where to go. However there was a gentleman there at that time, who directed us to another hotel across the road to check in. Which we weren't aware of until we got there. "Office manager" this information its very important and it should be listed on the hotel information when people are making their reservation."
