"The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl....

"When we checked in, the lady didn't tell me anything besides what our room number was. Not the hours of the pool, restaurant info, check out time, where anything was. When we got to our room, it smelled very musty."

"There was a full refrigerator with a stovetop and microwave. they also provided utensils, dishes (like strainer bowls, measuring cup, and more) along with the added allowance of borrowing games from the front. My party went to watch Netflix on the tv and had waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt and breakfast drinks though they also had cereal, oatmeal, fruits, different dry goods and more. "I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it."
