"We booked a double queen room and when we got into our room we only had 1 king bed and hotel staff blamed the app for booking a room that wasnt avaliable! Was given a twin roll out "

"The staff was great!!!! However, If you like to wake up at 2 AM with teens jumping on each other in the hall. Or be given a balcony room with a beautiful view of an empty pool, dirt, pipes as they refurbish the pool area. (Why did they not give rooms away from that when the hotel was NOT full). Older furniture. Then I guess this is for you."
