"I didn't get to stay. The lady at the desk was completelying rude and said she never received the reservation. Even after contact your 800 number. They tried to charge my card but the money wasn't there. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I've used hotels.com several times and never had a problem. Yall were showing I had a reservation, and they said they didn't have record."

"Staff was excellent. Good location out of the busy areas. Building itself is nice but the rooms need some updates, bathroom in particular. I'll never understand why hotels dont just put walk in/stand in showers. Geez who is trying to take a bath in a small tub at a hotel? Maybe im the oddball i dont know. Anyways loved the staff who were really nice, especially the younger gentleman and overall I would stay there again if in the area. "
