"I wish I would have written down the names of the staff, everyone was so helpful. We were there for the BTS concert and the hotel made the experience extra special. The rooms were beautiful as well as the amenities provided. Thank you so much!"

"The room was ok. Some of the towels had black stains on them. The toilet seat had urine splashes. The towel rack was broken and it felt into the toilet when I grabbed the towel. Only one pillow was provided without a pillow cover. Also the people in the room upstairs were extremely loud. You can hear everything on the bottom floor. "

"Sink & tub were clogged, requested service no one available. Was offered a plunger for which I had to go get it. Phone was not plugged in, had to search for phone line cord "

"In fairness hotel was under some renovations during my stay so it’s hard to comment on cleanliness. The room seemed clean and updated but the bath area was not updated. The breakfast was okay with scrambled eggs and a choice of meat but only toast and packaged muffins, no bagels or English muffins. Oatmeal was available. So breakfast was okay if you’re not into a big breakfast. Overall it’s a good hotel especially if you get a good price."

"The room I stayed in had a bright parking lot light shining through the window and it was daylight all night long. Should have blackout curtains"

"Stained towels, torn blankets with big holes in them, flushing the toilet took multiple attempts to fully flush, no beverages at all for breakfast, had to ask multiple times for someone to refill the breakfast section, including bread and milk for the cereal. No ice in the ice machine. This hotel has significant room for improvement, and from my personal experience I will not speak highly of this place. Consider improving basic things such as a better service from your employees, and prioritize clean towels. Super nasty seeing brown and red stains on the towels…."

"My room was a bit smaller than expected (or shown online) but manageable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu was good overall but they ran out of certain food (hot dishes, waffle mix & syrup) an hour before end of serving time. "
