"My son and I flew in from NY with a LONG period of nothing to do until our events at the NOW Arena, which has a bag policy so we wouldn’t have been allowed to take ours with us to the event. I explained this to the staff at the hotel and for a small fee they allowed us to do a super early check in AND allowed us to have breakfast there. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"Alberto and Ericka were amazing 👏 Sadly, I encountered some issues. First, the bathroom ceiling was leaking. It got fixed but it took time. Secondly, the night before we had to check out. The room locked itself from the inside, so we could not get into our room. Then it took like half and hour to fix the problem. We were offered reward points that we will never use. The management never showed up next day to say sorry. I definitely not coming to this hotel ever. 😡😡😡😡😡"

"Very clean and organized. The staff, a 3 week new person (sorry I can't remember her name but she was so nice) and Emma were great."

"Overall good. The one bad thing I'd say is it's not upgraded hotel and bathroom door stocked all the time."

"Room was nice but the bathroom was very tiny. You literally has to stand over the toilet just to close the door."

"The staff was great, breakfast and other amenities were also great. My only “complaint” was the strong almost musty odor in our room. We turned the ac on high and cracked our door open for a while to air it out - which helped some."

"The walls were extremely thin and there was noise upstairs until 4:15am. To their credit, the staff attempted to speak with the guests but it had no effect."

"Room was clean for the most part. We pulled out the sofa bed and underneath we found french fries and other garbage, so that doesn’t get cleaned regularly. Sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on, per my boyfriend. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly. Pool was chilly but refreshing on a hot day in July. The tv’s have apps and you can sign into your streaming services to watch tv. I would stay here again."

"This place is expensive for what you get. Not sure why it's so expensive, but we needed a place to stay in Shaumberg just to visit a friend. My overall impression is that it was kind of shabby. The furniture & curtains looked old and worn, bed had a scratchy thin cover that didn't feel good to the touch. Thin, scratchy towels. The bed was acceptable but not all that comfortable. Staff was friendly & we able to get us checked in early so we could get to the party we were attending, but...

"Staff are nice but the rooms especially don’t look like the photos. They’re run down. My room looked like it had water damage. Dirty carpets and old mattresses. You can hear what’s going on in other rooms due to the doors to join rooms. Definitely have stayed in better places at this price. Needs a renovation desperately."
