"Overall the staff were lovely, great selection of amenities available onsite and overall location is amazing. All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night. "Just a perfect place with everything top notch Super friendly and helpful staff, clean beautiful room with gorgeous views (stayed in executive suite) easy parking and close to everything. - if I ever come back here - that’s where I would stay. Super happy with this hotel!!"

Night was quite unpleasant, as on top of no air con, ventilation was also missing (both in the room and in the bathroom). Spa experience was also disappointing- one of the 2 pools was not open.
