"The hotel is nice, but doesn't provide a 5 service. It was clean, staff were helpful and the location is great. However, amenities were lacking, water pressure was poor and there is only one elevator to serve too many rooms. Also, breakfast is overpriced. "

"Among the variables I consider in a hotel at the time of making the choice, service is one of them. Novotel Sofia has one employee at the reception named Rosen who is a gem. Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer...

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Très bel hôtel, moderne et propre, a 5 minutes a pied d'un arrêt de tramway et d'un centre commercial. Idéalement situé pour aller visiter Boyana. Personnel sympathique. Restaurant très bon et pas cher dans l'hôtel. Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse."

"Stayed here for a business trip, really liked my spacious room with air conditioning, water kettle, complimentary mineral water, tea, and coffee, bathtub, stable password-protected WiFi, daily cleaning, good breakfast, restaurant on site, proximity to parks and my business event venue. Only minor issue was the safe wasn’t working. Highly recommended!"

"Great location - very central and only a few minutes from the Metro station with direct line to the airport. We had a great room and a very good bathroom. We had a large comfortable bed although the pillows could have been better quality. There was a lift available and the staff were very friendly. it was an easy walk to all the sights of Sofia both old and new town areas. There were plenty of nearby restaurants for evening meals but few of them seemed to be open for breakfast. Breakfast was not...
