"Our overall experience was really great! The staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and we definitely appreciated the full fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen dishes that were provided. My only complaint was that we found a few ants in our bathroom near the tub. Other than that, we had a good experience."

"The AC was broken in the first room. The staff did not hesitate to move us to rooms, but honestly, it was not working in the second room either. As I noticed the heat rising to an unbearable level again, the compressor kicked on, and the AC worked the rest of the time. The next day, there was only occasional hot water, and that remained the rest of the stay. They did not provide hand soap in the rooms, and there were no hand towels either.
